Eligibility Conditions
- The product must be in its original, new condition, unworn, with the original NLW ticket attached.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items without the NLW ticket and/or requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for any post-purchase action.
- Each order is allowed one post-purchase action only (either an exchange, a refund, or both together – at once).
If you require a “mixed” request (some items exchanged, others refunded), this must be clearly stated in the comments section of the e-form. Mixed requests are accepted only for items within the same order.
International Orders - Currently, unfortunately, we do not process exchanges or refunds for international orders (outside Egypt).
Discounted & Sale Items
- Items purchased using a discount code or during a sale can be exchanged depending on availability. We do not place items on hold nor delay exchanges until a specific product is back in stock.
- Refunds are accepted for discounted items, and the amount will be returned as store credit (terms & conditions applied).
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to approved exchange and/or refund requests.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a wrong item or a product with a factory defect, we offer a free exchange or a full refund, based on your preference, within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
- If a factory defect appears after use (within 30 days of receiving the item), we offer a product warranty to resolve the issue, following our standard guidelines.
